Australia’s Premier Metallica Tribute Band, Damage Inc., Celebrates 20th Anniversary with Unprecedented Performance in Melbourne

 

Get ready, Metallica fans! Damage Inc., the only Metallica tribute band in the Southern Hemisphere acknowledged by Metallica themselves and all Met Chapters around the globe, is set to electrify Melbourne with a one-off special show on Saturday, August 17, at The Melbourne Pavilion. This milestone event marks the bands 20th anniversary and promises a night of metal mayhem like never before.

 

In a groundbreaking first, Damage Inc. will be performing "in the round," offering fans an immersive 360-degree concert experience with a spectacular lighting show ensuring an intimate and powerful connection between the band and the audience, making every position in the room the best position in the house.

 

The band, featuring Clint Lovering on vocals and guitar, Danny Ritz on guitar, Brad Thomas on drums, and Mitchel Gruevski on bass, has built an incredible reputation over two decades. Their passionate performances and meticulous attention to detail have made them renowned as the ultimate Metallica tribute band having seen them perform countless shows around the country as well as a spectacular run of theatre shows featuring a 24 piece orchestra in tribute to Metallica’s classic “S&M” performances. 

 

“Our 20th anniversary show is going to be something truly special,” says frontman Clint Lovering. “We’ve toured extensively and played so many shows, but this is our first time performing in the round. We can’t wait to deliver an unforgettable night covering Metallica’s entire legacy, from ‘Kill ‘Em All’ to ‘72 Seasons’.”

 

Fans can expect a comprehensive setlist that spans Metallica’s illustrious career, featuring iconic hits like “Master of Puppets,” “Enter Sandman,” and “One,” alongside deep cuts and fan favourites.
